**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven **Performance Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on driving measurable results through paid channels. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Develop & Execute Performance Campaigns:**
– Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across **Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube**, and other relevant platforms.
– Set up and manage **PPC, display ads, retargeting, and affiliate marketing** strategies to meet business KPIs.

2. **Data Analysis & Optimization:**
– Analyze key performance metrics to optimize ad spend and improve campaign performance.
– Continuously conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
– Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms**.

3. **Budget Management:**
– Allocate and manage advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
– Track and forecast performance to inform budgeting decisions and prioritize marketing efforts.

4. **SEO & SEM Strategy:**
– Collaborate with SEO teams to align paid and organic strategies, improving visibility and driving traffic.
– Manage **search engine marketing (SEM)** campaigns and keyword bidding strategies.

5. **Customer Acquisition & Retention:**
– Focus on both acquisition and retention efforts, developing personalized customer journeys across paid media.
– Optimize campaigns to target key segments, ensuring relevant messaging and offers for different customer personas.

6. **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:**
– Work closely with **content, design, and product teams** to ensure cohesive branding and effective marketing collateral.
– Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.

**Key Requirements:**

– **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or related field.
– **3-5 years** of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing, managing large budgets.
– Proven experience in managing **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media platforms.**
– Strong knowledge of tools like **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager,** and ad reporting platforms.
– Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, data analysis, and constant optimization.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Experience with **eCommerce**, **B2B/B2C** campaigns, and knowledge of **affiliate marketing** is a plus.

– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– **Content creation skills** (graphic design, video editing, etc.) and proficiency in tools like **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant platforms**.
– Experience with **social media management tools** like **Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social**, etc.
